ENVOLV was founded on a simple but important observation: most sustainability consultancies were producing reports that sat in drawers. Our founders, Gemma and Mhairi, built ENVOLV to be different. Commercially grounded, direct, and always focused on outcomes that actually move your business forward.
We're a 100% women-owned ESG consultancy based in Glasgow, Scotland, working with medium and large businesses across the UK and around the globe. Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience across ESG strategy, carbon reporting, governance, and social impact, spanning sectors including technology, manufacturing, recruitment, construction, charity and professional services.
