  • Gemma Branny

    CO-FOUNDER

    Gemma has 20 years of experience leading ESG and sustainability initiatives across listed companies and SMEs in tech, recruitment, manufacturing, and media. She established ENVOLV to address a gap in the market for sustainability support that's commercial, pragmatic, and bespoke, rather than generic advice that doesn't drive long-term outcomes.

    CO-FOUNDER

    Mhairi brings 25 years of experience across strategic consultancy, recruitment, charity, events, and media. Before co-founding ENVOLV, she was Managing Director of a Scottish recruitment business, and it's that commercial grounding that shapes everything she does. She doesn't approach ESG from the outside looking in; she understands how businesses actually operate and builds from there.

  • Peta Day

    SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT

    Peta is a programme management and sustainability professional with over 10 years of experience across corporate and non-profit sectors. She specialises in turning strategy into action, and brings genuine enthusiasm to every project she leads.

  • Sonam Maheshwari

    SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT

    Sonam is a sustainability consultant and climate finance professional with a Master's in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Law and Policy. A COP28 delegate and Climate Finance Academy 2024 fellow, she co-authored a report on India's green financial transition ahead of COP29. She works across India, Africa, and globally on practical, data-driven climate solutions.
