In March 2026 we started working with PEAK Scientific, a leading innovator in the design, manufacture and support of high performance gas generators for analytical laboratories. With manufacturing in the UK, India and China as well as colleagues placed across the globe, PEAK Scientific, have a complex ESG footprint. We sat down to talk about the impact of working with ENVOLV.
What challenge or opportunity led you to work with ENVOLV?
Being a responsible business has always been part of our culture. We needed to understand what we were doing well and any gaps we have. With growing complexity and uncertainty across markets, we need to ensure we are resilient. We asked ENVOLV to complete an audit, specifically focused on social and governance risk and opportunities.
What difference has the work made to your organisation?
The audit identified areas of improvement and provided a roadmap for our teams to implement. The roadmap includes a number of actions. These are a helpful mix of quick wins and strategic enhancements. It isn’t a short-lived difference but something that will deliver impact long-term.
What did you value most about working with us?
ENVOLV is a true partner to us. We didn’t just get the report and improvement roadmap. They have also delivered workshops to upskill and raise awareness with our managers and leadership team. Over 50 managers and leaders will have taken part in these sessions. They are on hand to provide advice and are helping us operationalise the improvement plan.
Would you recommend ENVOLV to other organisations? If so, why?
Yes, we would definitely recommend ENVOLV. They are easy to work with, act in partnership and invest time understanding our business. The work they delivered was tailored, pragmatic and high quality.
What would have happened if you hadn’t undertaken this piece of work?
The main impact would likely be on our customer relationships. Resilience across a global supply chain is critical now. We are seeing more and more due diligence processes from customers, and we expect this to increase. The work delivered by ENVOLV is ensuring we have the processes, actions and evidence to not only demonstrate our resilience but future-proof our business.
Is there a particular result, outcome or achievement you’re most pleased with?
The biggest shift is seeing adoption of global objectives specifically related to ESG, and different teams owning and delivering various parts of the improvement plan. Seeing mobilisation and adoption across the business is what will lead to long-term resilience.
